About Ana MARINESCU, President of URBANA Marketing
Ana MARINESCU is a Montreal based strategic consultant and entrepreneur, founder of URBANA Marketing. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Marketing from Concordia University, where she taught a course on motivation and learning techniques from 2007 to 2009.
Ana has extensive industry experience in the arts and cultural fields, consumer goods, lifestyle, real estate and luxury sectors. She guides towards success non for profits, entrepreneurial ventures as well some of the worlds most admired brands such as L’Oréal, Yves Saint Laurent, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Moët & Chandon, Lamborghini and Tesla.
She produces anything from small bespoke events to large scale happenings such as the Just for Laughs International Visual Arts Contest, bringing together over 200 artists from over 75 countries to expose their works in front of over 10 million spectators in the heart of Montreal’s Quartier des spectacles and Place des Arts since 2013.
